DESCRIPTION

Cape Aloe also known as Aloe ferox or bitter aloe has been harvested as a medicinal plant for over 200 years. Cape Aloe can be found in the Cape Region of South Africa. Compared to the more widely known Aloe vera, Cape Aloe (Aloe ferox) produces 20 times more bitter sap and has higher nutrient concentrations. Cape Aloe, provided by Douglas Laboratories, supplies 250 mg of Cape Aloe (Aloe ferox) powder in each capsule.

Cape Aloe is best known for its properties as a natural colon cleanser and natural laxative. Cape Aloe, due to it’s bitter sap, is probably the strongest of the colon stimulating herbs.
