We are open Monday through Thursday 8am to 5pm CST with the exception of the following:

At the login screen >> click “Forgot your password?” We will send you an email to reset your password.

Login into your account >> click on  “View Address” >> select the “Edit” option >> update your contact information >> click “Update Address”.

We appreciate your interest in our product but at this time, we do not have a system available to place orders over the phone.

If your order has already been processed, it cannot be cancelled. If it has not yet been processed, or should you have additional questions, you can reach us via [email protected] more information.

We strive to return all emails within 24-48 hours Monday through Thursday and will be answered during business hours in the order they are received.

Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving your order. Please allow an additional 2 to 3 business days for the product to be delivered.
Please Note, our office is closed on Friday and all orders after 3pm Thursday will not be processed till the following Monday.

Yes and No. If you are an active patient who is under the care and supervision of Dr Hagmeyer then Yes we do ship internationally. If you are not a patient, We do not ship to countries outside of the US.

Also please note, that customs regulations can change monthly in each country; if not adhered to properly, your order is at risk for being returned or confiscated. Dr Richard Hagmeyer, DrHagmeyer.com, nor any of it’s employees are liable for any losses, damages, additional fees caused or accrued by customs or otherwise, or delays by delivery services. Dr Hagmeyer is not liable for and will not refund any orders confiscated by customs; you are purchasing at your own risk.

You should have received a confirmation email after placing your order. You can click on the “View Order” link in that email, to see your order status.  Once the order has shipped, tracking information will be displayed on that page, as well.

We accept unopened returns within 14 days of purchase, minus shipping/handling fees. There are no refund on opened products. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Pre-biotics, and probiotics are non refundable. If merchandise/products if received and it is broken, You must immediately take pictures of damaged merchandise/packaging and email [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving goods. Contact the postal carrier and notify them of any damaged goods. Credit or replacement will be given once we have received approval from postal carrier.

Please contact us at for return authorization before returning any merchandise. Any products/merchandise returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

You will be refunded back on the card or PayPal account you used to purchase the original order. Refunds will be issued for returns weekly in accordance to our return policy.
Refunds can take 3-5 business days to show as processing on your account. However, you will always know when a refund is issued as you will be notified via email.
