Blue Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut or almond milk
  • 1/2 vanilla coconut yogurt
  • 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients, blend and serve.
