- Carrots-3 large unpeeled
- Radishes- 3 with leaves
- Celery -2 sticks with leaves

Run 1/4 cup water through your juicer. It is best to use organic, especially when using root vegetables. Wash all vegetables thoroughly and run through your juicer. This juice is an excellent source of vitamin C, riboflavin and folic acid.
